Your hospital's patient data is stored exclusively in cloud datacenters within your country or region. It never transits through or is stored in a country other than your own.
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Encryption keys are managed per-hospital and rotated on a 90-day cycle.
Every user sees only what their role permits. Full audit logs capture every data access event — who viewed what, when, from which device.

You can export a full copy of your hospital's data at any time in standard formats. If you ever leave Otrum, your data comes with you.
